Capton Partners Oy provides Financial and tax Due Diligence for Patria Oyj in the acquisition of product and business related to open source data collection from WithSecure. As a result of the transaction, Patria will open an office in Oulu and 10 WithSecure experts currently working in the business area will join the company. The parties do not disclose the value of the acquisition.
