Capton Partners Oy assisted the sellers of HTJ Holding Oy by providing a Financial Vendor Databook to support the sales process. In the transaction, KH Group Oyj sold the shares of HTJ Holding OY to Xpartners Samhällsbyggnad AB.

HTJ is one of Finland’s leading construction consultancy companies, offering its clients a wide range of expert services in construction management, site supervision, energy and environmental consulting, and project management. The company employs over 200 experts and serves clients across Finland. The pro forma revenue for the fiscal year 2023 was 26.3 million euros, with an operating profit of 2.6 million euros. Enteprise value of the transaction was 23 million euros.
